Return & Cancellation Policy:
- If the customer requests to cancel the order before we have started processing it (usually within 24 hours), 10% of the total order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If the customer requests to cancel the order after we have started processing it (usually after 24 hours), 25% of the total order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If the product has been dispatched or delivered, the order cannot be canceled, and the product cannot be returned or refunded in this case.
- If the product is not in stock, JOYSON COMPUTERS reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the customer. An email will be sent regarding the cancellation, and the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
Refund Policy:

- The refund process may take up to 7 days.
- Refunds will be issued directly to the customer’s bank account.
- Refunds are issued only in case of complete loss of shipment.Â
